We are open from 8:30-4:30 central time Monday – Friday.
Whats the typical lead time?
Please check the individual product page for current lead times. All lead times may vary due to sale promotions and current volume of orders in house. Quoted lead times are just estimates, SSO strives to adhere to estimated lead times but there are some variables that are outside of our control but can impact the lead time quoted.
Can I have something custom done to one of your products?
In order for SSO to keep up with fabrication demands, we are not accepting custom requests on products at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, in most cases. Please contact us at 225-726-7979 (Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 CST) for a shipping quote.
Does the Slim-line hybrid series hold a winch?
Yes, all Slim-line Hybrid bumpers are universally designed to hold a 9000-10000 lb winch as a default. Please check the dimensions and specs of the winches we sell on our site for more information.
Who makes the LED light bars you sell?
We offer the 20″ and 30″ Heise SL Series LED which has a lifetime warranty and a condensation drain. We also carry Baja design S8 Series in both the 20″ and 30″ which has a lifetime warranty.
Do I have to cut my oem bumper cover?
Slim-Hybrid series requires cutting a center section out of your oem bumper cover, which is then reinforced with brackets tying it back into the steel structure. Full bumper replacements require no cutting and can often be returned to stock. You can see all install guides under the support tab on the website.
How much do your bumpers weight?
The Slim-line Hybrid series weighs anywhere from 55-70 lbs depending on options. Our full size 4Runner bumper weighs 200-275 depending on accessories.
How are the bumpers shipped?
Slim-line Hybrids are shipped regular Fed Ex ground, while the full size bumpers must be palleted and shipped freight. For full size bumpers, residential fees and lift gate fees could apply if not shipping to a business with a dock.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, go to the “Order Tracking” page on the website. Fill out your order ID (found in your order confirmation email), then fill out the billing email used during checkout.
